About Plus Size OnlyFans Creators
Plus Size sits among a cluster of labels that describe body type and presentation. Big Beautiful Woman and BBW / Big Beautiful Woman run alongside it most often, and the same profiles frequently carry Hairy, Chubby and Babe as well. The range inside the label is therefore broad: a creator may appear under one body descriptor or several at once, and the catalogue treats these as separate entries rather than one merged category. That overlap gives the tag its width, since a profile can be filed under Plus Size and still sit beside labels that describe a different emphasis entirely, so the group is never uniform in how it is catalogued.
The catalogue holds 74 creators, 1,445,025 likes, 189,500 followers, 65,010 posts and 23,121 videos under this label as of October 2026. Profiles filed here gather around a body-type descriptor, and the label sits in a catalogue where several related descriptors are also in use.
Lingerie and Big Tits recur as the descriptors most often attached to these profiles, while Gamer and Tattooed mark interests and presentation that appear across the group. Videos is the format label that turns up beside Plus Size most consistently, which places the group among profiles that publish moving-image work rather than stills alone.
Among creators who give a location in the United States, the share carrying this tag is 1.0%.

The pair sit at different points on the scale, one starting from a low base and the other already carrying a few thousand likes, so their gains read differently within the group.
